Composed between March of 2020 and May of 2020, Mini Fantasy was initially an attempt at writing a full-fledge Sonata - planned to be the first movement of three. However, during the writing stage, I realized my composing thrives off of creating short and concise pieces. 


This piece is a culmination of everything I have learned about my style of composition, which is built around a neo-Impressionistic/minimalistic sound. It is broken into a loose A-B-A structure, and breaks into the "B" section at m.12; returning to the "A" section at m.63.

I hope you enjoy the piece! The coronavirus quarantine resulted in enough time to experiment and express myself through music to create the first piece I am truly proud of.
